- There is a 𝟮𝟰 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 cancellation policy - - Appointments cancelled outside of the allotted 24 hour window will be charged 100% of the service total - - No shows are subject to paying 100% of the service total and termination from booking future appointments - - Arriving 15+ minutes after scheduled start time will be cancelled and will be considered a last minute cancellation - - STUDIO POLICY - - Children and extra guests are not permitted in the studio while clients are receiving services - All payments including deposits are final, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
